Indane — amount not reversed against 3 failed online payment transactions.

My 3 online payments failed on 3rd november 2017 (Rs. 743.18 + 743.18 + 747.67).
Each time the amount was debited from my bank account but i received error messages from indane portal.
Reversal not received in my banks accounts yet:
