Indane — Automatic cancellation online refill order.

Dear Sir, My consumer no. is 5259 and my LPG Id is[protected]. It is seen that in last two occasion the refill order booked through on line has been cancelled. the reason for the same is not understood. I have two go to the distributor get it booked manually. This is time consuming and against the norms of INDANE. An early reply stating the reasons shall be appreciated. With regards, C.hadury.
