Indane — Booking and Delivery System | |||
DEAR INDANE DISTRIBUTOR: 1. Ever since the inception of the Mobile Booking System, I rarely get my Refill cylinder on my own Booking. Whenever I Book through Mobile, the agency (distributor) cancels it after a few days without assigning any reason. After that, they (the agency and its staff) never respond to telephone calls and as a result we have to go and face them. Then they Book it for us and Deliver after a few days; as a result we get it after a month or more of our own (actual) Booking. Why it happens every time? It losses the very purpose of Mobile Booking System. 2. Many a times, the Cash Memo also gets cancelled and we wait for a few days and are compelled to go to the agency office for inquiry and after a few days of that inquiry, the gas gets delivered. Why such harassment?? 3. Sometimes, the agency insists for Godown Delivery instead of Home Delivery. Why? The agency takes the MRP including the cost of ‘home delivery’. Then, why they insist for ‘godown delivery’ (“take it from our godown”)??? 4. How long will it continue???? 5. IS THERE ANY MECHANISM TO STOP THESE MENACES! Was this information helpful? | |||
