Indane — Booking for refill of cylinder remains pending

Address: Lunglei, Mizoram

I have an Indane LPG connection. My consumer No. is 648, my distributor is Fidelia Indane Service, My LPG ID is 3 [protected] and my distributor code is 171920. I booked for refill of cylinder using online facility on 8th August, 2015 and my order no/reference no. as displayed on the cylinder booking history page is 900006. The problem is that the status of my booking remains 'in process' till now. Even though the delivery record of the said distributor as cited on the page is excellent, the reality is absolutely different in regards to my past and present experiences in regards to booking and delivery. So, 1. Can you please resolve this issue of pending booking after days have elapsed ? 2. In the past, I have witnessed the same problems. Is there any lasting solution for this kind of problem so that it will not occur any more in the future ?
