[Resolved]  Indane — Booking of my refill without my knowledge

Dear Sir/Mam,
My name is Bharat Bhushan Trivedi & my consumer no. is KG10360. My distributor name is KHANDHARI GAS situated at POCKET A-00, PLOT NO. 63, LIG, SECTOR-2, ROHINI, NEW DELHI-110085.i am getting notified by SMS of refill booking almost every month without my knowledge. Its showing booking no, cash memo no & delivery date too. Every time The executive at gas agency told me that it could be booked accidently & whenever I need a refill, It will be delivered soon.Now my question is that who is booking my refill on my behalf. I am in doubt that someone at agency itself is misusing my no.and my refills is selling in black market. Even the delivery man is not giving me the cash memo on the pretext of giving it next day but next day never come.I have to visit my dealer atleast two or three time personally to deliver my refill when I need it. You are requested to inquiry for the same because if they are misusing my no then it’s a serious issue. Hoping to hear from you soon. Thanks...
