Indane — Booking REf No 214961-No response after booking GAS Cylinder

We have booked Gas Cylinder against consumer No CX11808013 on 5 th Jan 2015 against booking ref No 214961. It has been neither delivered so far nor we are getting any update on this. On status enquiry the message says the delivery up to 11th jan 2015 booking has been delivered. We would like to know when the cylinder against our booking will be delivered. We have been contacting the agency but no proper response on delivery schedule.
