Indane — Change distributor request is lying pending since last two months

I have lodged a request to change my lpg gas distributor on 5 Oct'15, but still after two months the request is pending. I have complained on their transparency portal more than three times but still their is no response. I don't understand the reason for delay in change of distributor. I got fed up with distributor and now with Indane.
