SUB: Complaint about Problems of Delivery of Gas Refill Dear Sir /Madam Ref Consumer No. 31957 Soubhagyabati Nanda of Vishnu Gas Agency, Bangalore. I booked for refills vide no.325709 on 20th November and having not received the same visited the agency after a week. On 28th November Cash Memo was raised and the same was cancelled without delivering on 2nd December. I visited the Agency and as usual I am advised to book again. I do not understand why the delivery is not made after raising the cash memo and cancel. In the process I have to run to the Agency two to three times in person to receive the refill. It happened the same way in the month of August 23014 and the concerned officer expressed the problem was with the Gas Delivery man and I had to request him for the delivery. The cylinder was supplied and not the bill. I did complain the issue by an e mail and the response remained probably ignored. I am physically challenged and always available to receive the refill and the delivery man does know me well Yet why I am put to inconvenience and trouble me to visit the agency repeatedly and laugh behind me. As a customer I expect the Agency to redress the grievances of customers and provide the least service, that is to receive the cal and see the refill is delivered. I request my complaint is attended and the problem is solved. This is the second time complaint from my side. If not solved put yourself into my shoes and advise me what to do? And don’t regret ater.
