Indane — consumer number activation

My name is Mingchanpam Hungyo. Last November 2014 I transfer my gas connection from Siang Gas Agency, West- Siang, Arunachal Pradesh to Angam Gas Agency, Ukhrul, Manipur. But the Angam Gas Agency say that my Consumer number show invalid and till now they do not do anything to get my connection. Pl. do fix the problem.
