Dear Sir, With reference to my aforesaid consumer no I beg to state that my connection was surprisingly transferred from Abhijit Enterprise, Khardaha to M S Sodepur Indane at Ghola, Sodepur without any prior intimation to me . I am residing at Uttarayan Apartment, Rahara Khardaha and my present age is 65 and I am staying alone in my residence. M S Sodepur Indane at Ghola Sodepur is far away from my residence .At the age of 65 it is not possible for me to reach there in case of any emergency . I went and requested them for transferring back my connection at my old distributor, but they have refused to do that.
