Indane — cylinder delivery time issues

i am an indane gas cylinder consumer with national indane services, south kalmassery, kochi, kerala. my consumer no is 1427. we are not getting cylinder in time . since we are working people we want the cylinder to be delivered in the after noon after 2.30. unfortunately always the cylinder gets delivered on morning when we are not available in the house.besides the sms also are not getting early .agency is not supplying the cylinders at office premises.another issue is that if we plan to take it from godown which is 5 km away from our residence and they are are not supplying cylinder in office timings too. they will supply cylinder in godown only after 4 and 6 . 30 pm so we request indane company to direct the dealer to deliver cylinder after 2. 30 pm or make it available in the godown in any time. thanks dr teny([protected])
