Indane — CYLINDER NOT REC. BOOKED ON 27.01.2015

I am Gulab chand consumer of Indane Gas . My consumer no. is cx 6965099 . My distributor is Alok gas Agency. I have booked my gas on 27.01.2015 but till date i have not received the cylinder, When I checked my online profile I found that my cylinder that I have booked, delivered on 16.02.2015 and cash memo no. is [protected] dt .14.02.2015. But I don't know where they delivered my cylinder from the date I am continous caliing on your customer care [protected] but it is busy continously . even I have called on my Gas Agency. that is also continous busy.
