Indane — delay in cylinder's delivery

Respected sir/mam, i have book my cylinder 13 march 2015 my connection number is 262 109 in name of my mother shashi kala and i was waiting for its delievery but it was not delivered to me i had call to customer care they told me that i should ask it to my area distributer. My area Distributors name is Malka gas service shadana bareilly I had go there he told me that he has cancelled my old booking due to subsidy reason and booked it in new date 26 march. Today is 13 april but my cylinder has not delievered to me. Is customer a fool? I was calling to customer care ([protected]) from last four day they connects phone line for customer to customer or put my call on hold for long time then call disconnects. My family is suffering. Kindly do needful immidietly. Thanks.
