Indane — Delay in delivery of gas cylinders

Dir Sir, I am Amitabh Chandra Sharma from Sukhbir Nagar, Karala, Delhi, Consumer No."S26460". I booked a refill on 4th of this month, i.e., 4th Feb, 2015, but still my gas agency, which is Shilpa Gas Services", has not delivered the Gas cylinder yet. I am facing a lot of problems and trouble in cooking food for my family. Whenever I call them or talk to them directly they are just saying 2 days more or 3 days more. Kindly do the needful.
