Indane — Delay in Gas Cylinder Delivery & Poor behaviour of sales person | |

our Indane gas distributor
DHEMAJI GAS AGENCY,
DHEMAJI CHARIALI DHEMAJI

Emergency No-[protected], Area Office-Guwahati Area Office
is not serious in delivery of refilled gas, I have deposited cash money for purchasing of refilled gas cylinder on 06/03/2015; but I have not able to received the cylinder till 08/03.2015. .I have asked the manager of the gas agency regarding non delivered cylinder on 7th march-2015 at 1 p.m ; but the manager replied that there are no stock of gas cylinder and advised to call letter. What they had done the cylinder purchased on 06/03/2015 by me against booking no-75835. The home delivery is regularly delayed. Even THEY NEVER ISSUE ANY COUPAN TO THE CUSTOMER AGAINST HOME DELEVERY for which there have no evidence with the customer to complain at agency regarding delay of delivery.
They do not respond to the booking request. Even the employees of the dealer misbehave with the customers. They don't even pick the phone of customer. Every time you call them on their telephone no. [protected] they put the phone hang on. So it is requested to you to kindly do rather needful action against this distributor Thanks and regards
