Indane — Delay in Gas delivery by agency

Dear Sir, I am Indane Gas consumer my consumer ID is 25697 in MOhan & Mohan Faridabad. My gas booking was put on hold due to some issues and I submitted all my documents on 3.9.15 which was accepted by gas agency but still they are not delivering gas cylinder at my home as I visited 5 times in agency but still they are not responding.
