Indane — Delay in Getting Subsidized LPG connection of Indane since 2 years

Dear Sir, I have registered for a new connection of subsidized LPG for domestic use on 16th Jan 2013 with Anu Gas Services, Chavakkad, Trichur. Yet on date not received any connection and they are keep on saying that you are in queue. The temporary consumer number provided on the form is as under: Consumer Number : [protected] S.No: 23537 Dated : 16th Jan 2013 Kindly note that I have purchased 2 cylinders on cash basis and refilling LPG on non subsidized price. There is no proper contact there in Anu Gas to check the status as well as in the regional office. You are requested to update me the current status and facilitate an early subsidized LPG connection.
