Indane — Delay in New Gas Connection

I have applied for new gas connection on 22nd of February'2015. My reference no. is : N[protected] KYC No. is : [protected] Wait List No. is : [protected] On 22.03.2015, I have visited M/s Kasna Indane Gas Service, Alpha-2, Greater Noida. Agency informed me that letter will reach with in seven days. Again I have visited on 4.4.15 & gas agency informed that pl come on Tuesday(7.4.15) with photo id & address proof, when my wife visited the agency, they have given two form and asked to come again with filled copy.
