Indane — Delay in refill delivery and misuse of mobile number for booking

Dear Sir I have booked my LPG Cylinder by SMS on 09.01.2015, Booking No. 770201. I had already been received SMS on 18.02.2015 wherein stated cash memo [protected] generated for booking No.770201, shall be delivered shortly. However till date I have not received the Gas Cylinder from Sneha Gas Service, someone refil cylinder through booking and using my mobail number.i got msg. It is requested to you kindly take strick action and help me to get the cylinder at the earliest.
