Indane — Delay in supplying refill cylinder

My self, Mrinmoy chattopadhyay(con no-cx[protected] booked refill cylinder on almost 1 month ago but till now I do not received any cylinder.I asked several time to the distributor and they replied me it would deliver in the next week.on 17.02.2015, Distributor give me the number of delivery boy and also confirm me cylinder delivered on that day.After that I called the delivery boy (Mr Ram-[protected]) and he replied me cylinder delivered with in 2 hours.But it is almost 3 days over no cylinder received by me.on 21.02.2015, I again went to the distributor office for getting update and meet their manager he also confirm me that cylinder will deliver by today but till now I do not received nothing.my details given below Con no-CX10531092 Distributor name-Dumdum gas supply agency. Let me know is going any business with my cylinder.Request you kindly resolve the problem.
