Indane — Delay of LPG Cylinder

I booked my cylinder on 16th April & got message of cancellation on 7th May. On 8th May again I booked and visited the gas agency 6 times. Every time there was some excuse and till today i.e. 20th May I haven't received the cylinder. I am very much frustrated as I have single cylinder. Kindly help me in getting out of this situation.
