Indane — Delay to delivery of gas cylender

but still i'm not recieved cylender. i dont know why it heppen, i want to register my complain against that and want to take action again agency.
agency name: Divya Gas Agency, navayard, chhani road, vadodara, gujarat.
every day im visit at agency but no answer they have...
so pls do the needful..
