[Resolved] Indane — delayed delivery, non-delivery at home and delivery without cash memo | |||
I had registered a complaint through Indane's Toll free no. [protected] on 12th June regarding delayed delivery, non-delivery at home and delivery without cash memo. The complaint no. is 1464652. My consumer no. is CX 3780624. I am getting re-fill cylinders fro M/s. Kairaly Indane Services, Poothotta, Thrippunithura, Ernakulam district, Kerala They seldom deliver at home. This is their normal practice in the whole Vaikom region. I am residing at Maravanthuruthu since last two and half years. I had to call the agency, they will ask us to call the delivery boy's no. and get the delivery done at home. But they never obliged to deliver at my home which is close to the main road and they want us to take the empty cylinder to the road and take delivery. This is quite impossible as my wife is alone here. They as a practice don't go by the booking index and gives delivery to any customer who is ready to take delivery on the road side. They seldom gives a cash memo or receipt. The cost of re-fill cylinder is always what the delivery boy says. This is totally a ridiculous practice which has to be checked. There is no meaning in booking on-line as they follow the old system only. Please help me to find a permanent solution.
