Indane — delivered empty cylinder

Reference No. 27483 I had booked cylinder in the end of November 2015. They had delivered the cylinder. Today when I changed the cylinder, after opening the seal I found it empty. I called the dealer Rajmin Agency- Shahibaug Ahmedabad. He refused to give me a new cylinder and they did not attend to my call prorperly. Kindly look into this and expedite Regards Harish C Shastri
