Indane — delivery boy refused to show the weight of new delivery cylinder(14.5 kg)

Dear Sir, Today at the time of gas delivery, the delivery boy refused to show the weight of new delivery cylinder(14.5 kg).And he told that he had no any weight machine.Whereas the indane authority says that the delivery boy should have weight machine with him. After the refusal from delivery boy side, i also didn't received the gas cylinder.Pls resolve the issue as early as possible.
