Indane — demanding delivery charges

I am an Indane consumer with LPGID[protected] at Bangalore and the distributer is Ananth Gas Agencies. While delivering the refill cylinders the delivery boys are demanding Rs.35 to 40 above the bill amount. I used to pay Rs.10 extra always but they quarrel for more. Today I received a refill with voucher no.[protected] dt.[protected] with a total amount of Rs.624.01 and paid Rs.635, but the delivery boy demanded Ra.660/- which I told him that I will not pay. He threated me that they(Not only he but also other boys) will not deliver the refill cylinders to my home in future. He told me his name is Prem and told me to complain where ever I want. This is not an isolated incident and is happening ever since the subsidy started throuhgh banks. I request your goodself to kindly take up the matter with the concerned distributer and solve the issue at the earliest. The distributer phone nos are either engaged or not replied. Kindly help your consumers from this extortion. Thanking you
