I am writing this complaint after our repeated visits to the distributor M/S Dubey Gas Service, Agra to provide our first cylinder of new connection has resulted in no action even after promising delivery of the gas at the end of the day after every visits.

It has been more than 3 months, but the wait for the gas is not over. It is hard to digest such a lethargic response of the distributor and the distress, money, loss of time and pain that the distributor has caused to me and my senior citizen father aged 62 years who patiently visited him or made a call to him at almost every fortnight reminding about the delivery of the cylinder.
I am writing this complaint with utmost hope that it would be heard and resolved soon as food is lifeline to any human.
With utmost faith in the fair corporate practices and governance, I do hope strict action against the distributor will be taken for his non-compliance and distress he caused to us and with trust in M/s IOCL - company of such repute, that my complaint will be resolved immediately.
