[Resolved]  Indane — Excess collection for Indane LPG

I am LPG consumer of Indane thro' Indra Indane Service and my consumer number is PY09384. Whenever I placed orders for Indane for my domestic use, the agency used to collect an extra amount of Rs.50-00 from me as delivery charges. When I enquired other customers, they also confirmed that they are also giving this amount as service/delivery charges. For example, I purchased one Indane LPG on 16/12/2014 vide Bill No.[protected] with my payment of Rs.820-00 whereas in the sale bill, only Rs.770-00 was endorsed. Please take necessary steps for motivating the agency to collect the exact bill amount hereafter not only from me but also from other Customers.
