Indane — FAILURE OF DISTRIBUTOR TO PROVIDE GAS CYLINDER ON TIME

Dear Sir I, Sheelamma Jacob, Customer no:D12279, had previously received the subsidised gas cylinder on 03/1/2015 from my Distributor gas agency, M/S Dreams Indane Services, Perunna, Changanacherry, Kerala. I had also booked the next month's gas cylinder after that week.But it is more than 38 days and until now I didnt receive my gas cylinder .Please be informed that I had called my distributor gas agency many times and they are promising false dates like they will bring today, tomorrow etc. Kindly check into my complaint and take necessary action as soon as possible enabling good customer services from the agency Thanking you Sheelamma Jacob Customer no:D12279
