Indane — fake deliveries listed in my booking history and when i booked, no cylinder is delivered

I took the gas connection from Indane, Kalkaji Gas Service in June 2014. I was forced to buy a stove although i didn't need it and wasn't even given reciept for against it. i got 2 cylinders at that time for which i paid and got a receipt. Afterwards in December i needed the cylinder ( i was mostly travelling in between so didn't consume both cylinders) and i logged into the portal. to my shock it listed that 6 cylinders have been delivered against my consumer number whereas i never ordered any. when i went to the gas agency to take up the matter, they assured me that i will get my cylinder that I have ordered now. (that order is still showing pending). now i am not able to make another order as my last order that I placed in December is still showing pending. the agency is flouting the norms and most likely selling the cylinders in black.
