i want to file case against fraud against domestic LPG gas booking as PIL due to they took booking of domestic LPG gas consumer and they generate more than one cash memo but every time they not delivered the cylinder to consumer.

Gas agency: Kasana Gas agency

my Booking date : 08/09/2015

1- First cash memo generate on.:23 Sept 2015

2- Second cash memo generate on.:01 Oct 2015

before that on 22 august they was take booking and generate the Cash memo but not delivered and after conformation they replied your cash memo become canceled
My register no. [protected]
in total since last 2 month they are not delivered a single cylinder. but they conformed three time your cylinder will delivered shortly. and they generate new Cash memo.
After long conversation with Agency they said " this will be happen till the cylinder was not delivered".
this is not a single case in agency if you search you will find most of cases.
in reply agency said go and complained to any where we are not able to resolved the problems.
I have all recorded evidence.
I written this on behalf of every consumer including me against Indane gas And Agency for register a case and do the inquiry
