[Resolved] Indane Gas Agency — online lpg cancelled automatically with returned thrice reason which not done atleast once
My consumer no is [protected]. I have booked gas cylinder with online payment order is registered with ref no.[protected] on 21/03/20. Rs.826 generated for indane lpg refill. But today received msg as, " your invoice[protected] cancelled due to returned thrice. But no delivery boy came to my home or contact me atleast once.. Then how could it cancelled thrice within a day.. I need valid reason.. And need to refund my online payment rs.826 which is now in cancelled status... Its disgusting.. Already we can't came out from the house due to corona.. Without any reasons, they're cancelling the orders is not good thing... For last 4 days i was in my home only with my mobile.. Then how could it be returned thrice... Please take required action and i need my money back... Now again i placed new order.. And i have to pay for that _..

Nothing is happened .. and the issue is not resolved... Still now, no action has been taken.. I don't know how the Complaint is showing as resolved...
