Indane Gas — Cheating by Distributor

Dear Sir, . I am to inform you that I am a consumer of Indane gas having consumer number [protected]. I had booked for gas but one delivered sms i received on 3rd july without delivering. Today is 22 nd July, till i hv not received. Every Month the distributor is doing.like this. Totally monopoly and cheating to consumers. If not delivered, than how delivering sms is coming. Pls look into thr matter and take stringent action against such type of Distributor who is damaging company 's reputation.
