Indane — gas connection transfer problem indain to HP

Dear Indian team, On date 24/03/2015, I had transfer my gas connection (consumer no-47990) Indian(agnihotri gas service secz37 noida) to HP (sahil gas service badalpur greater noida) I have so many times visited to HP agency but not found any record to HP portal as per HP team Then we turn to Indian agency (sec-37 noida ) But he said that our work is done I have already submit my gas, regulator, both cylinders on 24/03/2015 to Indian So please provide solution to get my connection ASAP I am facing big problem due to this.
