Indane Gas — delay in refill cylinder delivery bad service

I Munna Singh and my gas agency name is Sahanya Indane, Manesar Kasan Road Dist-Gurgaon, Haryana .
I have booked the gas on 4/3/2019, but it has not delivered after 10 days .
how could a customer can wait more than 10 days to get a refill cylinder delivery .Bad service provide indane gas or agency . My Booking refrence no is 900822 .
His customer care no- [protected] is very busy or solution not given

kindly resolve the issue i urgent need of refil cylinder
