I am a customer of indane gas company.

Indane consumer no: 14751
Complaint srn no is 3188628

I have double cylynder, i cant book a cylinder for the nine month through my desktop, first cylinder was empty passed 15 days. Still now i hadn't got the new cylinder,. When i asked them (Distributer office) told that i cant do this.

Please help me. I m in a awful situation.
And please let me know how many days gap is needed to book the cylinders.
