Indane Gas — refill gets auto booked by itself & also gets delivered to whom only they know

this is arun kumar resident of deoband, distt. saharanpur, u.p. i've my indane account with deoband gas agency (indane) in our deoband circle. i booked 1 cylinder offline on 12th march which they didn't deliver us. they online booked it by themselves on 17th march & delivered it on 18th march (as according to their record online) but where, i don't know. i've booked 1 cylinder online on 18th march & get delivered on 20th march. that's good & actually delivered. then i booked again on 23rd march online. they booked & delivered it on 24th march (as according to their record online) but where, i don't know. so i booked 3 cylinders & got just 1 cylinder delivered. how can it be resolved.
