I took 5 commercial cylinders in the month of february, person name was sushil - [protected] who took the money and came to deliver the cylinders, after 15 days of taking the delivery i called him to take back the empty cylinders and till the time person is making excuses like its holi, i am busy, i will get this done by tomorrow kind of stuff. Till today cylinders are with me and my money is stuck with the person. I visited the center once (5 days back) that day also he said that he will get it done by 11th.
