Indane Gas — Refund of money in my bank account.

My complain is against the customer no.[protected], order no. [protected]. I have the subsidy connection of indane gas thats why, i had been to pay Rs. 724.50 to bought a cylinder but a t&c is apllied for this connection is that a fixed money is refunded to the regarding bank account .But in my account there is only Rs. 274.50 is returned. So I am requested to resolve my problem fastly as much as possible .
