Indane Gas — Selling gas cylinder in black.

Hello Sir /Mam, My name is Ms. Renu B.Singh & my am the customer of Indane Gas Services, Near R.K.M.S. Hospital, Vrindaban U.P. My Gas No. 9276 & I booked my Cylinder on 11/10/2015. & after few days, I got msg delivery. But, I didn't get it. Than I complained to agency, they asked that today you will get it. But now, today is 08/12/2015. Still now, I have no information regarding gas cylinder. I don' t how I got msg of recieving Cylinder. Which I never received. I know that they may be sold out it. This is very wrong that these kind of error is going on under strict rules & regulations.kindly take strict action regarding concerned matter to avoid these kind of errors. Hope for the best.
