Indane — Home delivery problems and Improper delivery timing of LPG cylinder

Sir, I am a consumer of Indane LPG cylinder from local supplier bhawar indane gas services, Kotdwara, Pauri garhwal, Uttrakhand. My supplier do not supply gas in time and they do not response well on the phone. My residence is in a village area and far away from the agency as they do not provide home delivery facility we have to carry our cylinder on our head up to the delivery point as I don't have my own transport mode .
