Dear Sir, Myself Anurag Sharma having consumer no. 60774 want to complain against my distributor having code - 124851 named M/s Karuna Gas Agency due to improper & worst customer service in field of Cylinder Refill. Please note that said distributor never picks up phone & we are supposed to make 4 to 5 rounds to agency for sending cylinders in our home against already booked cylinders. If we ask for justification then we are given threats of changing agency to someone else if we are unsatisfied with their service. Even our booking against already booked cylinders cancels without disclosing specific reason. Say my booking no. 230955 cancelled without disclosing any reason to me. So, I was compelled to book again with reference no. 232769. It is really irritating. I don’ t know why such kind of agencies are in this field if they can’ t handle their cylinder distribution network systematically. I am seeking your immediate action on all this.
