Indane — Indane gas cancelled without delivery

Hello, My gas reference number : 609089 . Distributor Code 117441 Distributor Name ANANTH GAS AGENCIES Distributor Address INDANE GAS ROADBEHIND HAL HOSPITALHAL OLD TOWNSHIP BANGALORE 560017 I did online booking of gas on March 10th ( I have email acknowledgement) . When I see the status online I see that booking was cancelled on 10th March. I dont know why was it cancelled. If I call to the IVRS number, it says booking is taken on 1st April 2015 and I cylinder was delivered on 18th of March 2015, which is not true. I have not received any cylinder on 18th of March.
