Indane (Indian Oil) — Inordinate delay in Refill Supply.

I have booked a refill on 20th. January, 2015 but the cylinder has not yet been delivered. . In this connection it may be mentioned that I have submitted the copy of Adhar card and one cancelled cheque to the Distributor on 6 th January, 2015 and to the State Bank on 7 th. January, 2015. I have the visited Distributor twice when they assured me that cylinder will be delivered within three days. But the cylinder has not yet been delivered.
