Indane — irregular supply of indane gas cylinder

i booked my cylinder on 13/5/2014, booking no-661320.a sms came to me on 10/6/14, that is after 1 month that your cylinder has been delivered, cashmemo no-[protected], but i have not got my cylinder yet(28/6/2014).mane of our gas supply agency is dumdum gas supply agency who are doing the same repeatedly.i made compliant at your no repeatedly but they are saying that they have alerted the said supplier but with no result.please help me my consumer no is 760468. thanking you in anticipation, Dr.krishnendu Das.
