Greetings! The customer care executive i spoke with was "responsibly rude". He had valid statements like, I am not responsible, You contact your distributor, this is a complaint forum, etc., He never cared to give a solution to my problem. I request a reply from the authorities on this behaviour and my unresolved issue.
Case: I had filled the DBTL Form 4 [i do not have an Aadhar card] and tried submitting to my Distributor, where it was rejected saying that you have to get an acknowledgement from the bank where I hold an account with. However, "www.MyLPG.in" says that I had to follow either of the methods to complete my DBTL joining.
