My customer ID is CX12300809 My Previous two booking IDs which were cancelled were: 721880, 733166 After raising a complaint (SRN: 2123199) I came to know that my bookings were cancelled because of my House door being closed. I'm a home maker and I stay at home all day long. We have a security guard at our apartment as well. I assure you that no attempt was made to deliver any cylinder whatsoever. I demand a proof from distributor if he thinks a delivery was attempted. This kind of service is pathetic and needs attention from IOCL's higher authorities.
