I Rajinder Sharma resident of Rajindra Park, Gurgaon (Haryana) My Consumer No. is CX8292447. I have booked my gas cylinder on 30.11.2014 vide reference no.201834 on dated 30.11.14 but I have not received any supply till 28.12.2014. In 28.12.14 in evening time, I have received a message on 28.12.14 from your Department on my mobile that my refill booking stands cancelled. You have not given any reason for the same. I have regularly contacted with the agency but no one can ready to give any response in this matter. I have again booked my gas cylinder on 28.12.14 against reference no. 203418 but till writing of this complaint no supply has made to me. I have seen that they are supplying the cylinders frequently to those who sell the gas in the shops. There is no shortage of gas in any agency in Gurgaon. I could not understand why they have not supplied the gas cylinder to me. I have already submitted my Aadhar card in the agency& the same has already linked with the agency & Bank because I have received the message from the bank as well as agency. You are requested to please look into the matter & arrange the gas cylinder at the earliest otherwise I have no option to take legal action against the department as well as agency.
