[Resolved] Indane — LPG Cylinder not yet delivered

I booked Indane cylinder on 19.01.2016, Booking reference no 654867 (Consumer No 01068, Kasna Indane Gas Agency, Greater Noida)
Since then, the Cash memo has been generated thrice but cylinder has not yet been delivered
Cash memo details are:

On personal visit to the gas agency on 09.02.2016, I was assured that the cylinder would be delivered today itself (i.e. 09.02.2016) and it was confirmed by the delivery person also telephonically (Balram, [protected]) but still waiting to get the cylinder delivered.

Cylinder has been delivered after again visiting the indane agency office personally today. It was booked on 19.01.2016 and its been delivered after 23 days of booking and that too after visiting the office twice.

Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Dear Sir,

we have been booked LPG refill dt.16.02.2016. our consumer no. is 49681
but we have not been revised any LPG cylinder form your end.

I have been try to call lost of time for K 2 International Gas agency, and they said need to require copy of aadhar card.
But i have already submitted with KYC,

kindly note once again i have submitted as the same via phone to K 2 International.
