Indane LPG — delivery of indane lpg cylinder

Res. Si r, as i had booked lpg cylenderwith arjun gas agency, pragatinagar, naranpura, ahmedabad, gujarat, on dt.06/09/2017, booking no.893322, the agency says that they have delivered the cylender. But i have not recieved yet. I called them — they replaid me that your cylender will delivered within 2 days. Science dt.14/09/2017. Ther after they are not delivering the cylender. They are not picking up the telephone science 2 days. I called help line.. They also tolled me today that they can not register the complain and called tomorrow for the complain. So.
